About Me

You don’t have to carry this alone

Life doesn’t always work out the way we hope. Its challenges — a loss, a relationship that ends, a job that disappears, or simply losing our sense of direction — can leave us anxious, low, and unsure how to move forward.

I offer a calm, confidential space where you can think out loud, feel truly heard, and be met without judgement, drawing on my own life experience as much as my professional training.
